Wholesale

House of Candles supplies wholesale in all products.

There is a MOQ of $250AUD excluding shipping costs.

There is NO free shipping with wholesale orders and shipping is calculated on cubic weight and sent as a separate invoice.

CUSTOM BLENDS - You are very welcome to request custom made blends to suit your resort, shop, store or theme pending I have the oils and you have the ratios.

PRICE LIST - Email me karen@houseofcandles.com.au with your details for a current wholesale price list.

HOW DO I ORDER? - Simply email me karen@houseofcandles.com.au with your quantities and products I will in turn send you a complete invoice including shipping costs for payment.

PAYMENT - When payment is recieved I then go into production to make your products and dispatch.

POSTAGE - This will be sent as a separate invoice once your order is packed and ready for dispatch to determine the weight and boxes needed.

REFUNDS - Once an order is in progress there are no refunds or change of mind but you can add to your order if it has not been packed and dispatched.

TRACKING - Once your order is complete and dispatched a tracking number is sent to you via your email on your order for you to track delivery.

CLEAN SKIN - Please let me know on your order if you require clean skins to allow you to use your own labels.
