Returns

If there is any problems with your purchase please email me and I am happy to work with you to sort out any situation.

Should your products arrive damaged or an incorrect fragrance or product please send me photos within 48 hours so I can arrange an immediate replacement for you.

I do accept returns if you are not happy with any part of your purchase so please do contact me however return postage costs are at the cost to you the buyer. I DO NOT accept returns simply because you are not happy with the scent so please choose carefully. Some fragrances are very strong so use sparingly and there are ways I can assist in diluting them down.

I do stress to order a small bottle prior to ordering larger sizes or 1 instead of 4.

All returns should be addressed to below and sent with tracking. There is a 20% restocking fee and once your parcel arrives back to me a refund minus the restocking fee will be submitted to you.
