All items are sent via Australia Post tracking. Each delivery requires a signature on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect your items at your local Post Office. These items are only held for a maximum of 7 days where they are then returned to sender. There is a $10 fee for parcels returned to sender for non collection by you - the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred for re posting of any items. Your tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch direct from Australia Post. You also get an email from House Of Candles letting you know your parcel has been dispatched just in case you don't get a tracking email from Australia Post. This allows you to keep track of the time frame to receive your parcel.

Please note it is not the responsibility of House Of Candles should you not receive tracking from Australia Post nor carded if you are not home to receive your parcel. If your parcel has not arrived within 2 weeks from payment please contact House Of Candles immediately to chase up for you.

International orders are dispatched using DHL. When they arrive into your country it is then passed through customs then on to your local postal delivery carrier. For example in the USA - USPS then takes over, in the UK - ROYAL MAIL etc. Simply put your tracking number into your postal carrier's website for up to date delivery information.
